Co-op Provider services offers a variety of
Respite and Habilitation Services for parents and other caregivers that are designed to empower people with special needs and to enhance their quality of life. Our vision for people with disabilities is to work together to accomplish shared goals and to learn best about themselves and their world through real life experiences. Co-op Services will seek out activities as a group that is beneficial to themselves and beneficial to all other group members. Special emphasis will be placed on stimulating interest and appreciation for recreation and learning, and to encourage attempting new challenges.
Home and Community Services are direct services to meet regulatory requirements and/or contract conditions provided to individuals who need assistance in the acquisition, retention, or improvement of skills related to living and working in the community. These services may only be provided when the
AE determines they are necessary to prevent institutionalization.
